SAI Ministries sells software subscriptions and digital services. No physical goods are shipped, so there is no physical return process.
Refunds and disputes
Contact customer service within 30 days of a charge if you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or service issue. We review requests and respond with the available resolution, which may include a correction, credit, or refund.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled by contacting customer service or using account controls when available. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains available through the current paid term unless otherwise stated in writing.

Customers are responsible for using SAI Ministries products lawfully and may not use them where prohibited by applicable law. Promotional offers apply only when stated in writing and follow the price, eligibility, and expiration terms shown with the offer.
